Your opinion matters: Let's improve the university's HR services!

Welcome! We would like to improve the university's HR services. To do this, we need your help. Our goal is to find out how satisfied you and other stakeholders are with the HR services. What is going well? And where are there problems? Very important: This is not about evaluating the performance of individual employees.

What we plan to do:

How do we proceed? We have planned three steps to gather your opinions:

  1. We conduct interviews.

First, we conduct personal interviews. Our aim is to gain a better understanding of the initial problems and challenges. We are interested in the different perspectives on the service. We gather ideas for the next steps. We consider which groups to interview and which questions are important.

  1. We work with focus groups.

We then organise discussion groups (focus groups). In these mixed groups, we want to discover the strengths and weaknesses of the personnel service from different perspectives. We also look together at the opportunities and risks involved.

  1. We prepare 360° feedback.

Finally, we develop a questionnaire for ‘360° feedback’. The aim is for the personnel service to receive regular feedback from all sides. This includes supervisors, colleagues and all employees who use the service.

Data protection:

Your data is safe with us! Protecting your personal data is our top priority. We do not collect any personal information. The only exception is general information (e.g. age, gender, level of education). However, this data remains anonymous. We never pass on data that could be used to identify a person, department or organisation.

What are the benefits?

Your participation is worthwhile! At the end, there are two concrete results:

  1. A short report We summarise all strengths, weaknesses and important points in a report. We show this report to the groups involved. This ensures that we have understood all concerns correctly.
  2. A new feedback questionnaire You will receive a tested draft (prototype) for the 360° feedback. We will also clarify how and when this feedback can best be carried out.
