Georg Mildenberger (Dr. phil. Technical University of Darmstadt, 2003) heads the research department of the Heidelberg Centre for Social Investment (CSI) since 2009. Since January 2022, he has been Acting Director of the CSI.

He has been working at the CSI since spring 2007. Initially, he prepared the postgraduate program Nonprofit Management and Governance and supervised the accreditation of the program. Since fall 2008, he worked as a project manager at CSI.
