ESG in Companies Global Best Practices and Awareness-Trainings

How is ESG implemented?

The protection of human rights and the environment are two of the key concerns of ESG regulations. However, it is important to understand how companies in different countries and sectors are responding to these requirements. In any case, companies today need to have their ESG metrics under control. The length of global value chains is directly linked to the complexity of this challenge. The research project aims to explore how companies navigate these challenges and develop innovative training methods, including workshops and video games, to raise staff awareness of sustainable ESG management.

Objective:

The objective of this project is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the implementation of ESG-regulations by companies on an international scale. The aim is to provide robust scientific results on how companies effectively implement ESG regulations in an international comparison. Concurrently, we will assess innovative tools designed to enhance ESG compliance.

Your benefit:

  • Reliable information on best practices and strategies in dealing with ESG in different countries and industries.
  • Familiarisation with, adaptation and further development of innovative tools to improve ESG compliance.

Your costs:

Option 1: Analyse ESG Best Practices

Interviews and online surveys are used to ascertain the level of awareness of ESG issues within your company and along the supply chain. The effectiveness of ESG management will be assessed in terms of its contribution to the protection of human rights and environmental protection. The objective is to identify best practices along the supply chain and to assess the impact of ESG management.

Option 2: Innovative Tools for ESG-Compliance

The project offers innovative awareness training in the form of workshop-based in-person training or multiplayer video games (prototypes). Participants are required to complete work tasks within specified time and budget constraints. The investigation will assess the extent to which ESG compliance is neglected and the circumstances under which this is reported. The objective of this investigation is to identify the situations in which ESG compliance is violated and the methods used to address these issues. Finally, the extent to which the training has increased awareness will be examined.
