Carsten Eggersglüß

Carsten Eggersglüß has been working at the Centre for Social Investment (CSI) at Heidelberg University since 2009 and initially worked in the consulting department.

Over the past 15 years at the CSI, he worked on various projects in the areas of financing, management, and organisation of social enterprises and institutions, social innovations and social impact research – together with many clients (first) and project partners (later). He is also responsible for CSI events.

In addition to these activities, at the CSI Carsten is responsible for finance, human resources and the many small things that arise daily at a research institution like the CSI.

Before his time at the CSI, he worked on marketing and fundraising at the Diakonisches Werk Braunschweig, after which he was a junior consultant and project coordinator for fundraising and social marketing for an agency in Cologne.

In his free time, Carsten enjoys working in his garden, doing a lot of sports and working as a freelance personal trainer and nutrition coach.
